      Hi Snooks,

      I love baking and not long ago I realised that a lot of what you do when baking is very similar to what I do at work.
      I can explain how foam is made with the same principles of how you make a victoria sponge.
      We can talk about materials properties by doing things with sugar (imagine curly wurly and hard boiled sweets).
      Chocolate is also a great example for explaining how steel (a combination of Iron and Carbon) works.

      How does this sound?
