      Hi Brad,

I can tell that you are very much into electrophysiology, excellent! The wave patterns seeing in an electroencephalographic (EEG) scan are the result of all your neurons firing whilst you do a certain task, or even whenever you think of something. You have different waves and different activation points on your brain depending what activity/task you are doing. Did you know that emotions also create a certain wave pattern in your brain? Whenever you are happy, or sad, or angry, the wave patterns are different!
