I would have had no complaints had i bee a rugby player, but alas that did not happen.
I originally applied to medicine as i though ti would be a good varied career that would be interesting and make good use of the skills i have. I didn’t get onto the course and ended up doing biomedical sciences which i really didn’t enjoy. It was from his that i decided engineering would be the best course for me!
I’ve wanted to be lots of different things, including an astronaut, policewoman, professional judo player, stock broker, forensic pathologist, doctor….
I don’t think I really figured out I wanted to be an engineer until I was in my first year at university.
