• Question: What is your favourite thing to bake? (I love baking too)

      Hi Engyneero,

      Really? Baking is great! What is your favourite thing to bake?

      I think my latest obsession is french macarons. I love them because they are super delicate and super difficult to make (half of the time I need to through a batch to the bin because it didn’t come up right). But they are delicious and very impressive.

      I also really enjoy cupcakes because I find quite satisfying to apply the icing with different nozzles.

      I really want to learn how to make flowers with icing. Soon!

    Hi both,

    I really love baking too! The things I bake don’t always turn out that great but I think I’ve pretty much mastered cupcakes, basic cake recipes (like victoria sponges and chocolate cakes) and cheesecakes! I also make a pretty good bakewell tart 🙂
